Ia stai, pai i-am luat la rand pe toti mai intai, in loc sa spun ca fara Ivan Patzaichin, toate cele de mai sus, nu s-ar fi intamplat. Si, ca sa dau dovada de un pic de vanitate, ca membru al asociatiei, mi-am aranjat si un selfie, in timp ce presedintele semna un exemplar din cele doar 1000 realizate. Ca sa aflati ce inseamna asta, puteti sa intrebati de Zaganu, de exemplu, desi in piata, in selected places, gasiti si alte beri locale. Ca sa intelegeti dimensiunea unui fenomen, iata pe scurt, in filmul de mai jos, cum s-a petrecut in America, revolutia microberariilor. Ca sa explic: este vorba de tipuri de bere, alternativa la berea industriala. Sunt beri cu arome diferite, cu culori diferite, care se gasesc numai in anumite locuri. Nu sunt beri pe care se le gasesti peste tot. Berea alternativa, locala, nu este o bere ubicua, sa se gaseasca oriunde si oricand. Este berea descoperitorului. A celor ce se simt indivizi, distincti. <span style="font-size: large;">Nu este atat de simplu sa iti asumi ca groapa de gunoi de la marginea orasului se umple mai repede si din cauza fiecaruia dintre noi. De ce cumparam mai mult decat putem manca? De ce cumparam mult de Craciun si de Paste, desi pe medie anuala consumam la fel de mult? Ce presiune punem asupra mediului cerand si cumparand mai multa mancare, mai multa mancare, dar care se gaseste "at the end of day" la groapa de gunoi? Fiecare consumator de alimente, informat si educat, se poate gandi mai bine la responsabilitatea sa sociala, mai mare sau mai mica, care se reflecta in risipa de alimente. Cum sa aruncam mai putine alimente la gunoi si sa nu asaltam magazinele? Cititi inca un sfat din campania anti-waste a Comisiei Europene.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Familia Oancea din Talmaciu, chiar daca vedeti in imagine o lista lunga de preparate, nu ofera tot ce vedeti acolo, la targ. Poate doar o treime, in functie de sezon, cerere. Dar produsele, inca de cand i-am cunoscut acum cativa ani, de cand au devenit si membri ai miscarii Slow Food, sunt preparate cu ingrediente naturale, retete locale, unele create de ei, precum salamul de porc. Le-am degustat adesea. Cu toate acestea am fost inca odata surprins ultima oara, sesizand ca nu sunt aromatizate, nu au acel ceva care aparent te atrage. Nu au potentiatori de aroma, mi-a spus Laurentiu. Dati o raita pe la targul ASAS. Familia Oancea nu numai ca produce, dar si stie a povesti cu amanunte cum fac produsele. A, aceste un amanunt important. Un vanzator si un producator industrial se recunosc prin faptul ca nu reusesc sa spuna povestea produselor. </span><br />

Zilele astea dat peste un setup de marketing, degustare, este clar ca imi lipsesc cuvinte din vocabular, sa spun despre ce era vorba in termenii de business. Era o cusca cu 2 intrari, cu reclame atatatoare, mari, iluminate. Inauntru doua fete si un baiat, cam multi pe o asa de mica suprafata, care serveau la un simulacru de bar, Bergenbier ALE. Serie limitata, cu niste amestecuri de malturi, un gust destul de aspru. Spuneau ca este de 5,5%. Am simtit taria alcoolica de la primele inghitituri. Este drept ca m-am limitat la doua degete de bere. Mi-au spus promoteri ca la raft ar fi pana in 3 lei. Cred ca nu am inteles bine, nu? O bere de 3 lei jumatatea, este suspecta. Prea ieftina ca sa fie doar din cele 3-4 ingrediente. Nu stiu daca putem arata cu degetul catre fiecare dintre noi, insa in ansamblu suntem o societate, europeana, de la Vest la Est, care arunca la groapa de gunoi o mare parte din alimentele pe care le cumpara, le duce acasa, si atunci cand se apropie de limita recomandata de producator la arunca. Suntem societate care cumpara mult la pret de unitate, asta incurajeaza o parte de productie care ea insasi contribuie la incalzirea globala. Carnea de vita, cu cat este mai ceruta, cu atat mai mult stimuleaza cresterea animalelor care genereaza gaze de sera, gaz metan. Suntem in mijlocul unui cerc vicios. Astazi va propun un sfat nou. Dintr-o campanie a Comisiei Europene (da, ea se gandeste la binele nostru...:p)....</span></div>
