Lumea isi doreste agricultura traditionala...ce-i de facut, ii asteptam pe politicieni sa se schimbe ?

With eco-gastronomic regards and an invitation to be more like us, in the Slow Food convivium of Bucuresti Valahia Gusturilor, located at The ARK!
Let’s not complain and join forces, we the Romanians! We need a food revolution in Romania.
No politicians will change attitude on their own from the support letting aside supermarkets, industrial agriculture, and food processing industry. MADR and dinosaur academia dream of overcoming the americans and others in terms of crop harvesting, while future or Europe and Romania stays in local products.
There is activity, join us for the revolution ! You can find now the Convivium Slow Food in Romania, such as Slow Food Bucuresti Valahia Gusturilor, Asociatia Grupul de Initiativa Radu Anton Roman, ECORURALIS, ADEPT, CIVITAS and others.
There is the Slow Food movement in Romania, which you find information here inhttp://slowfoodro.blogspot.com. Hundreds of people and thousands met on 10th of December for the Terra Madre Day. We in Bucharest, have organised a conference on ‘Eco-gastronomy” and a film-projection with “The Pig Business” at Libraria Bastilia. Two events dedicated to food and choices we make.
Also have appeared the artisans of food here and there, you only need to open eyes to see them. Consistent campaigns are in Romania libera about the fake wines, about lack of cultivation of local brands. Also in Evenimentul Zilei online myself I have signed some 15 articles in the Slow Food section about the support for traditional agriculture.
There is an enough large movement which supports the traditional agriculture and the wise decisions on issues of food.
Let’s create the critical mass, via various instruments and people: culinary bloggers, restograf.ro, Slow Food movement, debates, all going above the popular level of just hot to cook. The next level is “Good, clean and fair!”…So, where does our food coming of ?
