From March 5-8, the Slow Food Bodrum convivium organizes the first edition of Slow Cheese Bodrum, the first event dedicated to artisanal cheeses. The event entails a cheese exhibition, panel discussions, tastings, and conferences and foresees the participation of international dairy experts from the Terra Madre Balkans network, Turkish academics, and international experts.
